Posted: November 9, 2010 in Uncategorized

Commenting on the number of entries for BTYS&TE11 –  Tanaiste & Minister for Education & Skills said, “Science, technology, engineering and maths are considered to be engines of growth and innovation in the knowledge economy, and I am very encouraged to see higher numbers of students showing their interest and aptitude in these key subjects.  The BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition, which my Department continues to support, gives smart students with smart ideas a platform to shine, and I would urge students to consider these subjects when making college and career choices. I would like to thank BT for its ongoing dedication and commitment to this excellent event. ”
